What it does
Send a Vault file or a link from your certified mail. It opens only for the recipient, on their device, with a seal anyone can check and the credentials you choose to show.
Where it lives in the app
Once authenticated, the module is reachable at /document-vault/vetting. Activation is gated by the vetting addon — owners can toggle it from Settings → Addons.
Permissions
Module access is governed by the workspace permission scheme. Owners have full access; admins and managers are granted read and write by default; users get module-specific scopes. The full permission matrix is exposed in Security.
Integrations
Every module shares the workspace's contacts, calendars, audit log, and ZI² Hybrid encryption. Cross-module integrations include: contacts auto-link to deals and emails; bookings create calendar events with attendees; invoices reference deals, contacts, and merchant accounts; documents respect organization retention policies.
