Zenith Intelligence Technologies
Zenith Intelligence Technologies Inc. is a software company headquartered in the State of Maryland, United States, building a modular platform of business software under the ZI² (Zenith Intelligence) brand.
The platform was founded by Joseph-Israel Kadjo in January 2025. We design, develop, and operate the entire stack, from the database schema through to the desktop installer, without depending on third-party CRMs, calendars, or billing engines for our core surfaces.
What we build
ZI² Square (https://zisquare.app) is our flagship workspace, unifying calendar, CRM, sales pipeline, billing, projects, communications, and a secure document vault under a single login and a single audit log.
The wider ZI² ecosystem includes specialized engines for facial recognition, OCR, system analysis, media streaming, SMS and USSD communications, hybrid encryption (AES + post-quantum Kyber), QR-based authentication, and geolocation. These engines are described on our Products page.
Across the platform we power third-party ventures including WalletUp, KohpHost, Satella Power, vBoxStudio, and CaseTrace.
How we operate
Self-hostable by default. Every module ships with a self-hostable build alongside our managed cloud. Customers who require on-premises operation for regulatory or data-sovereignty reasons can run the entire stack inside their own infrastructure.
Modular by design. Twelve toggleable addon modules sit on top of an always-included core. Customers pay only for the addons they activate.
Secure by construction. Every connection uses TLS. Stored credentials and two-factor secrets are encrypted with AES-256-GCM, and each database backup key is wrapped with ML-KEM-1024 (Kyber), the NIST post-quantum standard. Time-based one-time-password (TOTP) two-factor authentication, WebAuthn passkeys, an audit log of administrative actions and per-tenant database isolation (Enterprise) are part of the core.
