Getting started
Create your workspace, invite your team, and activate the modules you need. About fifteen minutes end to end.
1. Create your workspace
Sign up at https://zisquare.app/auth/register. Pick a workspace name and a slug, the slug becomes part of your booking URLs and a few other public surfaces, so choose something stable.
You will become the owner of the workspace. Owners can do anything; lower roles (admin, manager, user, viewer) have progressively narrower permissions described in the Security guide.
2. Invite your team
From Settings then Team, invite teammates by email. Each invitee receives an email with a one-time signup link valid for 72 hours; they set their own password on first login.
You can assign roles at invite time and change them later. Seat counts are enforced against your plan limit, upgrade from Settings then Billing if you need more.
3. Activate the modules you need
Settings then Addons lists every module that can be toggled. Core modules (Dashboard, Calendar, Contacts, Companies, Inbox, Team Notes, Settings) are always on. Twelve addon modules can be activated individually.
Activating an addon makes it appear in the left navigation, exposes its API endpoints, and unlocks its permission scopes. Deactivating an addon hides the UI and pauses background jobs; existing data is preserved.
4. Connect your calendar and email
Settings then Integrations supports Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and Zoom for calendar / video. Settings then Mailboxes (under Mail Guard) supports IMAP for any provider including Gmail and Outlook via app-passwords.
Connecting a calendar enables bidirectional event sync. Connecting a mailbox enables Mail Guard inbound triage with ZI² Certified scoring.
5. Bring your data
Each module supports CSV import where applicable: Contacts, Companies, Deals, Email Lists, and Email Templates. Import wizards live inside each module under the "Import" button.
For larger migrations, the REST API documented at /docs/api accepts every resource type. Bulk imports are rate-limited to 600 requests per minute per token.
