Shipping
Track shipments and manage inventory
What it does
Shipment lifecycle from creation to carrier handoff, tracking events and delivery confirmation, with delay alerts.
Where it lives in the app
Once authenticated, the module is reachable at /shipping. Activation is gated by the shipping addon — owners can toggle it from Settings → Addons.
Permissions
Module access is governed by the workspace permission scheme. Owners have full access; admins and managers are granted read and write by default; users get module-specific scopes. The full permission matrix is exposed in Security.
Integrations
Every module shares the workspace's contacts, calendars, audit log, and ZI² Hybrid encryption. Cross-module integrations include: contacts auto-link to deals and emails; bookings create calendar events with attendees; invoices reference deals, contacts, and merchant accounts; documents respect organization retention policies.
