Inbound mail triage with ZI² Certified scoring
What it does
Real-time scoring of every inbound message. Flag spoofs, prioritize humans, auto-route to folders. Works with server-hosted, Gmail, Outlook, or any IMAP.
Where it lives in the app
Once authenticated, the module is reachable at /mail-guard. Activation is gated by the mail-guard addon — owners can toggle it from Settings → Addons.
Permissions
Module access is governed by the workspace permission scheme. Owners have full access; admins and managers are granted read and write by default; users get module-specific scopes. The full permission matrix is exposed in Security.
Integrations
Every module shares the workspace's contacts, calendars, audit log, and ZI² Hybrid encryption. Cross-module integrations include: contacts auto-link to deals and emails; bookings create calendar events with attendees; invoices reference deals, contacts, and merchant accounts; documents respect organization retention policies.
